Alpha Business Technologies offers a variety of technical support services to businesses and individuals. These include system upgrades, repairs, and configuration services.
Computer Repair
We provide complete diagnostics for all brands of computers running a Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Vista operating system. From hardware to software issues we will determine what needs to be done to get your computer repaired and operating efficiently again. We will diagnosis the problems with your computer and promptly provide you with an estimate for repair. Our turnaround time is exceptional. We generally are able to complete repairs by the next business day.
Service Rates
The in-shop service rate is $45 per hour. The on-site service rate is $90 per hour.
Travel time and mileage charges may apply for service outside of the Lafayette and West Lafayette city limits.
